In Dreams
Are you getting bored? And wish you had a Ford?
Then you must go to sleep, And you won’t ever weep.
Go off to dream your dreams, And don’t worry about the screams.
While you sleep, dreaming, you are your own king.
If you want then change your name, To a Japanese Mr. Ming.
And if you want, then eat, from a company whose name is Ching!
If you want, then buy a bat, and then use it to hit a mat.
Or buy a thousand cats, to kill ten thousand rats.
Live in a house of glass, in every exam you’ll pass.
You can win every bet, go in the rain and not get wet.
If you choose then live in a hut, or take care of a giant mutt.
You can even go to loot, and for the trial wear a suit.
Only in a dream, can all this you redeem.
If you want then rap, while you’re taking a nap.
You can meet Frankenstein, or even Albert Einstein.
Hundreds of ducks to shoot, to wear is a Woodlands boot.
In dreams you’ll exercise your right, to win each and every fight.
In dreams you can make, an even number prime.
But to the word ‘prime’, nothing may actually rhyme!
If you want then but such a flute, that has a button called ‘mute’!
In dreams you can do anything, you are your own king.
In dreams everything shall be done, but a dreamer like you there shall be none!
